Today I received a letter in the mail with an envelope of a graphite hue. Enclosed in this envelope was a memo, and a much smaller envelope self containing a 256MB flash drive.

The memo in the envelope states the following:

So what is this all about? 'The Vanishing Point Game', it's a contest with puzzles and prizes.  Events around the world are to occur at specific times and giving clues to help solve puzzles and earn points.

Last night an event occurred in Las Vegas at the 2007 CES event which unlocked the first Puzzle Box. Some of the puzzles are hard to figure out, but there's lots of people who are getting involved and helping one another.

The prizes are great! Grand Prize is the ultimate vista:  a three to four minute sensation of weightlessness 100 kilometers straight up into SPACE. What's cooler then that!
